How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your billing dashboard, choose Invoices & payment method to open the billing portal, and cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is taken.
What happens after I cancel?
- You keep your paid plan, its features and its monthly credits until the end of the paid period.
- After that date your account moves to the free plan. It is not deleted, and your saved content stays.
- Pack credits stay on your account.
- There is no refund for the unused part of the current period, because you keep full access to it. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
What if I cannot cancel it myself?
Email [email protected] and Audexum cancels it for you. If you are within 14 days of buying, you can also withdraw for a full refund. See Can I get a refund?
Does cancelling delete my account?
No. To remove your account and data as well, follow How do I delete my account or download my data?
