Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-16. Version 2.0.

1. What this Policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that audexum.com sets in your browser. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is part of our Agreement with you. "Cookies" includes HTTP cookies and equivalent local-storage mechanisms used for the same purposes.

2. The cookies we use

3. What we do NOT use

We do not set or knowingly permit any third party to set:

  • advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking pixels;
  • cross-site behavioural analytics or fingerprinting;
  • Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or any equivalent product analytics platform;
  • Meta / Facebook pixel, TikTok pixel, LinkedIn Insight tag, X / Twitter pixel, or any other ad-network pixel;
  • session-replay or keystroke-recording cookies;
  • cookies that share data with data brokers or ad exchanges.

4. Legal basis (ePrivacy + GDPR)

Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), as transposed into Bulgarian law by the Electronic Communications Act, consent is required to store or access information on a user's device unless the storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. All cookies listed above fall within that strictly-necessary exemption — we use them only to operate the Service you logged in to and to process payments you initiate. For that reason, no cookie consent banner is displayed.

If we add any non-essential cookie in the future (for example, opt-in analytics), we will request your prior, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before setting it, in compliance with Articles 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that:

  • blocking the session cookie will log you out and prevent you from signing in;
  • blocking Stripe cookies will prevent checkout from completing.

The Service does not respond to "Do Not Track" headers because the cookies we use are strictly necessary and not in the scope of behavioural-advertising mechanisms.

6. Changes

We will update this Cookie Policy when our cookie usage changes. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance on the site.
