Can I upgrade, downgrade or pay yearly?
Yes. You can switch Audexum plans at any time from the pricing page and choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing takes about 20% off: €115 for Creator, €278 for Pro, €470 for Scale and €1,430 for Business.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Your existing subscription is switched to the new price. You are not charged twice, and no second subscription is created.
- Upgrading: the difference for the rest of the period is invoiced right away, and the new plan starts once that payment goes through. If your card is declined, your plan stays as it was.
- Downgrading: the unused part of the old price becomes a credit on your account that is applied to your renewals.

How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months at once and the plan renews every year until you cancel. Credits are still granted monthly, so your allowance resets every month rather than all at once.
Audexum emails you at least 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
Can I use a promo code?
Subscription checkout has a field for promotion codes. A personal offer shown on the pricing page is applied for you.
