How do credit packs work?
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your Audexum balance: 250,000 credits for €7, 1.2 million for €32, or 3.5 million for €90. They never expire and need no subscription. The V4 engine needs the Creator plan or above.
What do packs cost per credit?
- 250,000 credits: €7, which is €28 per million.
- 1,200,000 credits: €32, about €27 per million.
- 3,500,000 credits: €90, about €26 per million.
Packs always cost more per credit than a subscription. They are for occasional use, or as a top-up on top of a plan.
When are pack credits spent?
After your monthly or daily allowance is used up. Pack credits are never touched while the allowance can cover the request, and cancelling a subscription does not remove them.
How do I buy one?
Open Pricing and use the credits section, or choose Buy credits in your billing dashboard. Payment is a one-time checkout.
If you withdraw from a pack within 14 days, the credits it granted are removed from your balance. See Can I get a refund?
