¿Puedo usar el audio comercialmente?
Yes, on any paid Audexum plan (Creator and above): you own the output and may publish it, sell it or use it in a client's advert. The Free plan is personal and evaluative use only, and its audio carries a spoken Audexum tag.
What does each plan allow?
- Paid plans: an unrestricted license. No spoken tag on the audio.
- Free plan: listen, test, show a colleague or build a prototype. Do not publish it, monetise it or use it in anything you or your employer are paid for. Removing the spoken tag does not give you a commercial license.
Audexum claims no copyright in your output. It cannot promise the output is protected by copyright in your country.
What do I still have to do?
- Do not remove the watermark. Audio from Audexum carries an inaudible machine-readable AI watermark.
- Tell your listeners when the law requires it. Under rules such as Article 50 of the EU AI Act, you are responsible for disclosing that audio is AI-generated. See the AI disclosure statement.
- Only clone voices you have the right to. Your own voice, or a voice with written permission. See How do I clone my voice?
- Do not use output to train a competing speech or voice-cloning system. The Acceptable Use Policy lists the full rules.
What about audio I made before the rule changed?
Accounts that existed on 6 October 2026 kept a commercial license on the free plan until 13 October 2026. Anything generated before 13 October 2026 stays commercially licensed.
Accounts created after 6 October 2026 have been on the current terms from the start. The binding text is in the Terms of Service, section 7.
