Do my credits expire, and what happens if I cancel?

Credit packs never expire in Audexum. A plan's monthly credits reset every billing period and do not roll over. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your pack credits stay on your account.
Which credits expire?
- Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not carry over, and they are not refunded.
- Free daily credits (250 a day) come from a one-day allowance that resets every day.
- Pack credits never expire and have no dormancy rule. The one-time 2,000 signup credits are one-time never-expire credits too.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You keep your paid plan, its features and its monthly credits until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan.

In what order are credits spent?
The monthly or daily allowance goes first, then pack credits. That is why pack credits last: they are only touched once the allowance is gone.
